- Abstract
The article examines article 3 of the constitution of Interpol, and international policing organization, which does not allow the organization to provide police intervention in a nation's political, military, or racial matters. The author draws a comparison between the article and the legal concept of ordinary law crime, and examines how it impacts Interpol's cooperation with other international organizations, such as the United Nations (UN) and information processing.
