- Abstract
The document presents the practical research that comes, in support of employers, to be able to successfully manage and keep under control the OSH activity of preventing risks generated by noise associated with the work environment, increasing employee productivity and improving OSH in accordance with Romanian legislation and the EU. The presented experiment consists in determining the degree of damage to the safety of employees in the industrial work environment with specific metal processing, the implementation of the recommended measures, the questioning of the subjects regarding the industrial work environment vitiated by noise, the interpretation and comparison of the research results. After the implementation of the measures at the organization level, the increase in the level of security and the decrease in the level of risk will result. The study included a number of 100 respondents, of which 63 were actually users of noisegenerating work equipment. Useful tips are recommended for employers regarding: choosing the right work and personal protective equipment for employees, personalizing the work environment, managing the risk of noise, increasing employee productivity and highlighting the organization's performance.
