- Abstract
The article focuses on the intermingling of legal terms issue on the food additives law in Germany. It mentions the mixing of legal-related terms on food laws which caused the prohibition of using food additives and substances in the country. The jumbling of terms has affected the judgments of food-related cases in German courts. The move of German legislative body in revising the terms is also reported.
