- Abstract
An interview with artist Adele Stephenson is presented. He tackles the similarities and differences from the depictions of race between the U.S. and Great Britain in films, noting the consciousness of Britain of issues of race. Stephenson explains the organizing principles for the artwork in the gallery featured within the issue. She discusses her use of mixed media across a range of media and her attempts to consider multiple ways in which to express certain ideas and images.
