- Abstract
The article focuses on the fragmentation of international environmental law and the application of new innovative technologies in solving the same. Topics include use of Synergy as a model solution for reducing fragmentation in environmental law; examining current international agreement method which leads to fragmented international regimes; and analyzing competing theories for reducing fragmentation such as Global Environment Organization (GEO) and multilateral environmental agreements (MEA).
