- Abstract
The article focuses on the need of adaptive management as the solution of the declining federal policies on the climatic changes. Topics discussed include avoiding legal challenges under the legal statutes of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), management of resources with the prediction of climatic changes and impact of adaptive management on the natural resources planning decisions. It further discusses the climatic changes on the national and global level.
