The author who is a retired U.S Second District Court Judge presents a case study that illustrates the significance of procedural fairness. Topics discussed include judicial education that teaches judges to make correct rulings, courses and seminars attended by judges on evidence, civil procedure, and criminal procedure as well as search and seizure, recognition of fair procedures by the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission and the judicial performance evaluation program in Utah.
