- Abstract
The article presents a study on the significance of skill-based conditioning for Australian professional cricketers. It tackles the advantages of training as well as the possible disadvantages of the training. Results show that the specific training sessions have met the physiological requirements of the game. It cites an example in which the use of the training is highlighted on a game in the field.
