- Abstract
The article focuses on Triton College's Communication Management System (CMS). It is said that the custom solution CMS was developed in order to facilitate the success of the school's Admissions Call Center, which is a talent management effort. The CMS system contains six modules, which are student, marketing, inquiry, contact history and reporting. These reports, covering a variety of timeframes, are said to be able to run on demand. Combining the reports also allow the user to organize and view the information in different ways.
