- Authors
Dahill, Elizabeth Hart
- Abstract
The article discusses the need for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to assist host cities in the fulfillment of protecting individual rights to adequate housing. It notes that administrative delays for the assistance of political refugees can be prevented by referring compensation-related disputes to arbitration for prompt resolution. It mentions that the IOC has planned to focus more on the consequences for the enjoyment of human rights at all stages of the event.
