- Abstract
The article focuses on the study concerning the connection of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) in increasing rates of pregnancy complications. The study illustrates that those women with essentiall thrombocythaemia (ET) and less polycythaemia vera (PV) has been cited that up to a third of MPN pregnancies may fail at first trimester miscarriages. The study indicates that potential maternal JAK2 v617F-positive MPN is unconvincing cause of most pregnancy miscarriages.
