- Abstract
The article presents the Seventh Koskie Minsky University Lecture in Labour Law speech by former U.S. National Labor Relations Board member Wilma B. Liebman which was delivered on March 2, 2012 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. Liebman addresses several issues including the differences between Canadian and American labour laws, economic justice, and the U.S. National Labor Relations Act (Wagner Act). Collective bargaining in America is examined.
