- Abstract
The article discusses gender differences in dispute resolution practice in the U.S. as of 2015, and it mentions the results of a survey conducted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution which addresses the attitudes of U.S. lawyers with regards to the selection of arbitrators and mediators in legal cases. The demographics of the survey's respondents are addressed, along with the ABA's Women in Dispute Resolution Committee and gender and age statistics.
