- Abstract
Thirteen known compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of roots of Ligularia fischeri. Their structures were elucidatied as 2-hydroxplatyphyllide (1), liguhodgsonal (2), ligujapone (3), 6′-linoleic-β-daucosterol (4), lupeol (5), 6,7-dihydroxy-coumarin (6), β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8), (2S, 3S, 4R, 12E)-N-[2′-(R)-hydroxydocosanoate]-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino-eicosanoate-12-ene (9), monostearin (10), α-hydroxy-lignoceric acid (11), 1,3-dipalmitin (12), hepta-cosanol (13). Among them, 1-6 were isolated from the roots of Ligularia fischeri for the first time.
