The article focuses on the study that formulated an easy and repeatable method for sampling arthropods using the flight-interception bottle traps. The study notes that flight-interception traps within willows catches about 176 arthropods while those within cottonwoods catches about 221 arthropods. The study concludes that the traps offers a simple and economical method for sampling arthropods in created riparian habitat.
