- Abstract
This article offers a summary of the publication of the "American Journal of Hygiene" in 1932. The journal published 94 articles during the year. Most articles dealt with bacteriology, protozoology or entomology. Few papers addressed epidemiology or public health. One study examined pneumococcal pneumonia in children. Another study focused on the association between Haemophilus influenzae and upper respiratory infections. In addition, the journal featured the type of milk bottle routinely used in the country.
