- Abstract
The article examines the amendments in the Minnesota Whistleblower Act that expanded the law's protections for employees continuing validity of the expose-an-illegality rule to the Minnesota Supreme Court. Topics discussed include purpose of the Minnesota Whistleblower Act; role of the act in protecting organizational dissent and encourages the free flow of information to those capable of effecting change; and prospect of civil or criminal liability related to whistle blowing.
