- Abstract
The article discusses several court cases related to employment and labor law in Minnesota. Topics discussed include the race discrimination case Robinson v. American Red Cross wherein the case was rejected due to lack of link with job termination, the case Kmak v. American Century Cos. Inc. wherein claim of violation is permitted in connection to employer's decision to call in shares, and the case Nott Co. v. Eberhardt wherein noncompete claim was dismissed because of lack of consideration.
