- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the Great Britain Supreme Court in the case of Cramaso LLP v. Ogilvie-Grant, Earl of Seafield and others, in which the Court interpreted the principles of negligent misrepresentation in sport and economics of grouse shooting under the Scotland law. It also analyzed the decision in Hedley Byrne & Co v. Heller & Partners Ltd. recognizing the damages for economic loss suffered from negligent misrepresentation.
