- Abstract
The article discusses a study about drug-exposed infants and early intervention service use. The algorithm designed for the study aims to determine children who have been prenatally exposed to nonmedical use of controlled substances using the Pregnancy to Early Life Longitudinal Data System. The study aims to assess the individual- and program-level predictors of referral, enrollment and retention, like the role of relationships and communication between (Early Intervention) EI providers within programs.
