- Abstract
The article reports that Veritex Community Bank, a subsidiary bank of Veritex Holdings Inc., both of Dallas, Texas, has requested the U.S. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System's (Board) approval under the Federal Reserve Act and the Board's Regulation H, to establish a bank branch at Oak Lawn Avenue, in Dallas, Texas. The Board's Regulation H considers several factors for branch applications, that include the financial history of the bank, and the bank's future earnings prospects.
