- Abstract
Front Cover: Photorefractive (PR) polymers are one of the most promising candidates for various holographic applications today. A weight‐average molecular weight of 860 000 g mol−1 for poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) (PVCz) is determined to be optimized for a PVCz‐based PR device. A writing beam at 532 nm is the most appropriate wavelength of five kinds of writing beam. The optimization from the perspective of chemistry and physics will affect future PR studies. Further details can be found in the article by K. Kinashi, Y. Wang, W. Sakai, and N. Tsutsumi* on page 1789.
