- Abstract
As a supplement of the seed plants in Zhejiang, the present paper reports a newly recorded species of Asteraceae from China, as well as a new combination. The new recorded species, Carpesium glossophyllum, is different from C. cernuum in shorter plant, stems simplex, basal leaves persistent, cauline leaves lanceolate to narrowly lanceolate, and it is 0.6 to 1 cm wide, nearly entire, subsessile, bracts 3 to 5, linear-lanceolate, 10 to 12 mm long, involucre 8 to 12 mm in diam, phyllaries apex obtuse and praemorse. The specimens mis-identified as Ainsliaea trinervis are amended to A. oblonga, which now is combined to a variety of A. kawakamii.
