- Abstract
The current research aims to identify digital marketing in light of the promotion of sports talent for some sports clubs in football, and to reach recommendations and proposals that work to increase interest in this aspect, in order to know and develop the role of digital marketing. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method for the digital marketing of some Iraqi football clubs. The questionnaire was used to explore the opinions of the research sample, which consists of the heads of the administrative bodies of some sports clubs (Al-Zawraa Club - Air Force Club - Police Club - Student Club), and marketing workers. Athlete in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, numbering (30) employees. The results of the statistical analysis showed the acceptance of the main hypothesis represented by the following: There is some kind of planning for digital marketing management, if used better, it could reduce some of the losses for those crises in marketing sports talent, and also the acceptance of the hypotheses represented: There is a statistically significant correlation between talent promotion planning Sports and digital marketing management, and the existence of a statistically significant impact relationship between digital marketing and the promotion of sports talent. The researcher recommended some recommendations, including: forming a department specialized in digital marketing in the clubs under study, and providing administrative methods that enable clubs to control the promotion of sports talents.
