- Authors

- Abstract
The article reports that vaccination with the mRNA1273 vaccine, Moderna, appears safe in patients with solid tumors receiving immunotherapy, chemotherapy, or chemoimmunotherapy. It explores how chemotherapy and immunotherapy may affect the ability to develop an effective immune response to vaccination and may increase risk for adverse events (AEs) from vaccination, which prompted an investigation of the mRNA-1273 vaccine in a study with 4 adult cohorts.
