- Abstract
The article reports on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Clean Power Plan that require greenhouse gas emission reductions from existing fossil fuel power plants. It mentions that role of provisions of Clean Power Plan in obtaining a level economic playing field for renewable energy and energy efficiency. It also mentions the instance of EPA who was under a court order to issue a proposed rule to review the ozone ambient air-quality standard.
