- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated congenital hypothyroidism (CH) in mice caused by the mutation of grt in the tyrosylprotein sulfotransferase 2 (Tpst2) gene. The study used DW-J-grt mouse model and conducted quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis. Results indicated that the female infertility in the mouse model was caused by CH.
