- Abstract
This paper discusses the possible existence of a conflict with respect to the validity of Law 26,862 of "Comprehensive access to medically-assisted reproduction procedures and medical techniques" and the current penalty for voluntary termination of pregnancy. For this purpose, several research articles were used. The conclusion of this work is that both practices involve, among other processes, the extracorporeal manipulation of embryos, which constitutes one of the main objections against the legalization of the law of voluntary interruption of pregnancy.
