The article presents the cases of a 10-year-old girl with abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting due to abdominal lump and weight loss, and a 7-year-old girl with asymptomatic epigastric lump. Both patients underwent operations to remove a non-tender mobile mass in their epigastric regions. They were both diagnosed with gastric masses (trichobezoar with Rapunzel syndrome).
