- Abstract
The article discusses research which determined client priorities established before participating in a wellness coaching program. It acknowledges popularity of wellness coaching and its effectiveness in improving health behavior for proper weight management. It describes structure and support being offered through the wellness coaching program attended by research participants at a worksite wellness center. The priorities identified include improving energy, productivity and happiness.
