- Abstract
The article discusses the events and results of an interdisciplinary units of a language intensive New Arrivals Program (NAP) based on the developed school garden. Topics include the learning areas covered of the project including science, mathematics, and English, the impact of the pedagogical programs on developing cultural and educational connections, and improving educational attainment in science among refugee students.
