- Abstract
The article discusses the Garstang Project which began in January 2010 as a collaborative project supported by the Renaissance North West of England. The project aims to bring together a group of museums which were known to have significant collections of Egyptian objects originated from the excavations of Professor John Garstang. It also mentions the exhibition "From Egypt's Sands to Northern Hills: John Garstang's Excavation in Egypt" which is the most obvious product of the project.
