- Abstract
The article focuses on the history, purpose and future of House Bill 463, which seeks to assist approach of Kentucky in reforming corrections policies to ensure public safety. It analyzes the provisions of the bill seeking to reform the damaged criminal system of Kentucky through the application of the evidence-based reinvestment strategies. It informs that these strategies will provide a significant support to their escalating prison population.
