- Abstract
The article discusses dispute systems design in relation to the concept of a shared economy as of 2015, and it mentions the benefits that are associated with collaborative consumption models (CCMs) which help society think about additional ways to generate value. Shared economy models (SEMs) are addressed, along with access to goods and capital and the laws that govern businesses and SEMs in America. The ways in which attorneys can assist SEMs in managing conflicts are assessed.
