- Abstract
The article presents a study on the effect of stocking density and type of diet on the growth and survival of post-larvae of the taquilla clam Mulinia edulis as a contribution to the development of technology for the commercial cultivation of this species. Three monospecific diets and two mixed diets were provided at a fixed total ration of 100,000 cell millilliter (ml) -1;. It was found that postlarvae fed with Isochrysis galbana had the greatest valve length.
