- Abstract
The article examines the antitrust laws of the U.S. and European Union (EU) to protect against monopolization, abuse of dominance and indeterminacy of economics. Provisions of the Section 2 of the U.S. Sherman Act and Article 82 of the Treat Establishing the European Community (EC) were taken into account. Key information about the case "IMS Health GmbH & Co. v. NDC Health GmbH & Co." is further presented.
