FIX IT IN THE MIX: DISAGGREGATING THE RECORD PRODUCER'S COPYRIGHT.
- Authors
Hill, Phil
- Abstract
The article focuses on problems related to the separation of record producer's copyright. Since a producer's contribution can be of relative significance as a sole author, as important to share co-authorship with an artist, and may not have sufficient work to enjoy interests therefore it is requisite to create a two-part inquiry. The inquiry would first segregate a producer's contributions and then evaluates whether the contributions are significant to bring under joint authorship principles.
