- Authors

- Abstract
The article focuses on the first description of a complex-modification activity for a AAA+ protein in bacterial secretion. It references a study by G. Bönemann et al published in January 8, 2008 issue of "The EMBO Journal." It was found out that ATPase ClpV have a role in alteration of tubules containing type VI secretion system (T6SS) elements VipA and VipB. They used size-exclusion chromatography to check the formed complex from VipA and VipB that was larger than 2,000 kDa.
