The article presents a case study of a full-term male child born by emergency cesarean section in view of fetal distress and whose thorax and abdomen ultrasonography showed an enlarged left lobe of the liver. Topics discussed include Apgar scores and respiratory examination of the child, and insight on beaver tail liver.
