- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old female who was admitted to the hospital with nausea, headache and hypertension for 16 years. The patient had to undergo emergency neck clipping under general anesthesia. Anesthesia was provided to patient with propofol and remifentanil. It further reveals that conventional angiography should be considered in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
