The article presents a case study of a one-day-male infant born by cesarean delivery with omphalocele. Topics include intubation due to meconium aspiration, endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia to maintain the airway, and reversible endotracheal tube obstruction caused by meconium acting as a check valve.
