- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 36-year-old man, diagnosed with a fracture of the right femur shaft and was prepared for close reduction and internal fixation. As mentioned, he was suffering from Klippel-Treanunay syndrome, which is a rare congenital overgrowth disorder associated with vascular anomalies. It states that the patient presents a case of massive bleeding in KTS patient who undergoing close reduction and internal fixation for correction of the femur shaft fracture.
