- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 31-year old male patient with dyspnea and laryngeal papilloma as his major complaints and mentions that a fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) and cricothyroidotomy set were prepared in case of trachea obstruction. As mentioned, anesthesia was induced with propofol, remifentanil and rocuronium and further expands on the microlaryngeal surgery of the patient.
