- Authors
Cohn, Cindy; Tien, Lee
- Abstract
The article offers information on law professor Peter Junger, plaintiff in Junger v. Daley, a successful challenge to U.S. Export Regulations that restricted the development of strong encryption technology. It is inferred that the Junger v. Daley case aims on the U.S. Export Administration Regulations governing the export of cryptographic products that forbade the unlicensed publication of computer programs. Also included is Junger's posting to a mailing list in 1998.
