- Abstract
The article examines the interobserver variability of fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA) peak systolic velocity (PSV) Doppler measurements in a tertiary fetal medicine unit. According to the authors, the interobserver variation was less than 10% in 78% of the paired MCA-PSV Doppler measurements whereas 99% had less than 15% variation. They add that the overall mean variability of the MCA-PSV ranged from +5.26% to -6.47%.
