The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old patient presented with progressive painless jaundice who was on sertraline for major depression. It notes that the patient had a mixed derangement of liver function and severe dyslipidemia which was diagnosed to be Vanishing bile duct syndrome (VBDS) treated with plasmapheresis.
