- Abstract
The article focuses on minority degree college libraries in Andhra Pradesh, India. Particular attention is given to the standards of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The NAAC was established by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India to assess and credit universities and colleges. Included is the vision and mission of the NAAC. The authors felt that there was a need for this kind of study because there have not been many studies on this topic in India or on minority communities.
