- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the effect of bipolar androgen therapy (BAT) on asymptomatic men with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Topics discussed include reason that men developed resistance to primary castrating therapy and secondary androgen deprivation therapies, treatment and response summaries for all enrolled patients, and potential of BAT as treatment for CRPC.
