- Abstract
The article describes the case of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome/drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DIHS/DRESS) with remarkable eosinophilic pneumonia caused by zonisamide in a 46-year-old woman. Topics covered include the clinical and laboratory findings where the diagnosis of DIHS/DRESS is based, the pulmonary involvement in DIHS/DRESS, and the high risk of patients with hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) in accumulating zonisamide into the lung.
