The article describes two cases of lymphoma revealed by the association of atypical shocks and skin lesions. The patients were a 56-year-old woman who was hospitalized because of febrile dyspnoea and a 69-year-old woman who was admitted because of shock. The findings of the clinical and histopathological examinations are detailed.
